Question: will a spray tan cover vitiligo as evenlty as the rest of my body?
Answer: Possibly. If you have large patches of white skin and you go for a spray tan administered by a technician (as opposed to a spray tan booth), she will be able to spray tan all of your body onece, and the white patches twice, so that all the color is even.
If however your vitiligo spots are small it might be difficult to do. Your spray tan will make everything blend in better, but there still will be some difference in color.
If you still want to have even color you might have to get proficient with a bottle of self tanning solution and a little paint brush.
All you do is dip the brush in the self tanning solution, wipe off the excess well (very important, otherwise you will finish with darker spots than the rest of your skin) and "paint in" the white spots.
This usually works like a charm and many people do it all the time, to treat visible parts of the skin like face, hands, arms and legs.
