Sweating after spray tan

Question: I'm an athlete and I sweat when I am active. Would this affect my spray tan even after a couple days I got the tan?

Answer: Yes, sweat is basically an acid and dissolves dead skin cells, which then exfoliate faster and as they do so they take the spray tan with them.
You can repair it somewhat by moisturizing your body every day with tan extending lotion or one of those self tanners that builds up the tan slowly but still it might not last as long as you would like it to.
Also I found that Baiden Mitten helps the tan to stop fading in patches in places like on your feet when you wear runners.
