Spray Tanning after Sun Burn

Question: Will i turn orange is i go get a spray tan while being a little sun burnt?

Answer: I don't think you have to worry about turning orange after getting spray tanned after when sunburnt.
Spray tan usually helps with the sunburnt skin because most solutions contain aloe vera so it soothes the skin. However, high temperatures neutralize DHA which is a tanning agent in spray tanning solution, so you are likely not to get tanned at all, and if you get any color, it will peel when your skin peels after getting sunburned.

You mentioned that high temperatures neutralize DHA could this be the same if you get sprayed shortly after a gym session. I have a client who has had the same spray tan before and has turned out really nice but on this ocassion she showered and there was no colour change. She assures me she only washed with water once the development stage expired so now I'm thinking after ready your article that could it be to do with the temperature of he skin. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated? :-)

I had couple of regular clients finish with no tan whatsoever after a regular spray tanning sessions. We analyzed everything they did but came back with no results.
I guess skin is a living organ and so it can be unpredictable. Sometimes it just does not work out and there is nothing you can do about it.
