Spray tan stuck in my scratches and made them darker

Question: I just got my second spray tan today (Wed), for a movie audition on Saturday. I have always had little bumps on my arms, and lately I have been exfoliating them with a pumice stone, which makes them smoother. Because I am so pale, I have never noticed the scratches it leaves on my arms, until today. My spray tan stained the scratches, and I feel like they look really bad. My outfit for the audition is sleeveless, so I don't know what to do. I like the color of the tan (I have not showered yet), so I really don't want to exfoliate the tan off, or lighten the color. Please help me.

Answer: Unfortunately scratches always turn darker. The easiest way to cope with it is to use a little concealer or foundation on the scratches after you shower to blend them them in. If you start exfoliating you might take too much off and will be left with another problem.

In future, instead pumice stone get yourself a Baiden Mitten, it is marvelous to get the skin smooth and also works really well as a pre tan exfoliator. The tan will go on smoother and last longer if you use Baiden Mitten regularly.
