spray tan and sun burn

Question: I'm fair skined and no matter if I have sunscreen on I always get burnt. I was thinking about getting spray tanned before going on vacation. If I get burnt will it ruin my spray tan?

Answer: If your skin will peel, the spray tan will peel off with it, but that is the only way you will ruin your spray tan with the sun.
Take with you aloe vera gel, and after going into the sun put it all over the burnt area. That will stop the skin peeling, so that you can keep your tan. That works only for light sun burn, so don't think that you can get burnt to a crisp and your skin will not peel. It will make your skin feel better, but if it is badly burned, it will still peel.
