Question: i got a spray tan an ive waited the amount of time to take a shower. i just wanted to no when i tke a shower should i exfoliate or just take a normal shower with soap.

Answer: Just take a cool rinse, maybe with a mild body wash. It is best to have short, cool showers with as little soap or body wash as possible.
Hot, long, soapy showers soften your skin promoting skin exfoliation and that takes your tan right off.

Never use exfoliators when you have a spray tan on, unless you want to get rid of the your spray tan.
