Self Tanner

Almost every self tanner on the market today has at least one of these ingredients: Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine, and/or Mineral Oil. All these ingredients have high pH levels of over 6!  What does this mean? A pH of over 6 is the COLOR ORANGE!  Look for a product that does NOT contain these ingredients. One that I found is Famous Dave's. I just bought some, but I haven't tried it yet. There are lots of reviews on the website.

I thought he was more famous for BBQ ribs than doing a self tanner. Maybe that is the secret ingredient.
