No more "gunk" coming off....

Question: I've used the mitten twice now and I only had the little rolls come off my legs (the most) and just a bit on my arms the first time. The second time I didn't notice anything. My skin felt smoother, yes, but I didn't see any "impurities" coming off my skin.

I am 32, very fair (never lay out in sun) and rarely wear make-up or even lotions, creams, etc. Either I'm not doing it right, or I just didn't have that many impurities on my skin. Any thoughts?

Answer: Yes, that happens to me as well. Sometimes I get a lot, than there are times that I only get a little bit.
It seems that the skin goes through cycles in how much dead skin it produces. After a while you become much more attuned to your skin's needs and can work with it.

I have found that putting some Epsom Salts into the soaking water really softens the skin and makes it easier to exfoliate, as does lightly scrubbing first, then lying down in the water again for 5 minutes and scrubbing again produces a better result.
I have even had a good scrub after soaking in water with a little bit of shower lotion added.

Even if you do not see anything, run your hand over the area that you just scrubbed. You will be able to feel a lot of tiny rolls of skin that got rubbed off. Your skin ALWAYS will deeply exfoliate with Baiden Mitten even though it is not a spectacular show every time.

I encourage you to experiment a little to find a way that works the best for you. No matter what you do, if you scrub regularly your skin will be getting more healthy and resilient and therefore more beautiful.

Thanks for the reply. I do notice a change in texture of my skin-it is much smoother than before. I'll try the epsom salt in the bath and see if I have different results.
