Answer: Not unless they are brand new and the pores are still open. That is when the solution could get in and get blocked there.

If your tatoos have already healed over spray tan will not affect them, as spray tan only acts on the dead skin cells which are on top of your skin.
For the duration of spray tan the tatoo might not be as clear as on the white skin, but it is only because of the color of your skin. After the tan fades the tatoo will be the same color and strength as before spray tanning.
