Question: can dark skinned people tan and can taning hide strech marks?

Answer: Dark people can spray tan and the effect is getting skin to be uniform color. When it comes to stretch marks, some stretch marks are nicely covered, but others might take on silvery glow on dark skins. You might like or might not like the effect.

The easiest way to check it out is to get some self tanner and try it on you stretch marks. That will give you some indication of how your skin will behave. If you like it, go for a spray tan, if you don't laser is a really good option. Not the cheapest way, but definitely most effective.
