Clothes over tan?

Answer: Of course you can put clothes over tan. How else would you get out of the spray tanning salon? What is important to know is that your tan needs to be dry to the touch before you can put some loose, dark clothes on (to avoid staining). For the first one hour your tan is still very fresh so be gentle with it and if possible do activities not requiring too much action e.g. read a book or work on the computer. The developing time of the tan is usually about 5-7 hours and during that time stay away from water (that includes activities that would make you sweat - but of course you can drink water). After that you can take a shower and your tan will be pretty much set and you can resume your life. |
