Answer: No. It will take the spray tan right off. However, sauna is marvelous BEFORE spray tanning, especially when combined with the Baiden Mitten. It can give you the most even and longest lasting tan ever.
Can you clarify if it's okay, say, after 24 hours? 48 hours? Of just not at all? This is important as I was about to have a spray tan before going on a retreat with a spa! (with hot tub & saunas) Thanks.
Answer: Under those conditions your spray tan will last only about 2 days maximum, so what is the point of that? Spa, hot tub and sauna will soften the skin so much that it will exfoliate really quickly. Not only that but hot tub will have chlorine which bleaches the tan, so there is a double whammy. Sauna makes you sweat and sweat is acidic, so here comes even more damage to the tan.
I think there is no point in getting a spray tan if you are going to subject it to those type of conditions.
